I got to know Billy and Frederic at the end of 2012. I was 20 years old at the time and still rode for Ventilair - Steria.

Since 10SPEED HR has assisted me, my cycling career has accelerated.

They brought me into contact with Rik Verbrugghe, which enabled me to transfer to the BMC Development Team in 2014.

This immediately paid off. In 2014 I won, among other things, the "Crystal Bicycle" as the best youngster, became "Flandrien" in the U23 category and won stages in the Tour de l'Avenir and the Giro Ciclistico della Valle d'Aosta, which allowed me to turn pro in 2015 at the UCI PRO Team BMC. In 2018 I made the switch to Bahrain Victorious under their guidance and in the summer of 2022 they negotiated my mid-season transfer to Israel-Premier Tech. In the meantime, we have covered a whole course together: "from Ventilair - Steria to stage towards my victory in the "Flèche Wallonne 2022 and stagewins in the Tour de France of 2019 (La Planche des Belles Filles) and 2021 (Le Grand Bornand)".

I came into contact with Billy and Frederic through my then sports director Egon Van Kessel. I am still very grateful to Egon for that. With the expertise of Billy and the skills of Frederic, they are the perfect duo to guide any top athlete in his/her career. Professional, always available, support and confidant, etc... are the first words that come to my mind to describe 10SPEED HR. This allowed me to focus 100% on my job while they steered everything around it in the right direction.

Throughout my sport career I always followed my passion, dreams and goals. To be able to live these dreams it needs more than just dedication, perseverance and commitment. It needs support, trust and believe from other people. Fortunately with Frederic and Billy from 10Speed HR I found this support in 2023. Without them I wouldn't be living my dream of being a professional cyclist. Even without race experience and results they started working with me and thanks to this I can now pursue my goals as a professional cyclist with my participation in the TdF 2024 as first absolute highlight!
