Billy as a lawyer and Frederic as a recognized UCI Riders' Agent are authorized to conduct all contract negotiations on your behalf with UCI Worldteams, Proteams and Continental Teams.

10Speed HR is also registered as Riders' Agent with the Flemish Community.

In recent years, our riders have been riding for teams such as Alpecin-Deceuninck, Bahrain Victorious, Cofidis, Israel Premier Tech, Astana, Liv Alula Jayco (WWT), Fenix-Deceuninck (WWT),  Team SD Worx (WWT), UAE Team ADQ (WWT), Totalenergies, Lotto, Arkea-B&B Hotels Women, Team Flanders-Baloise, Intermarché - Wanty, AG INSURANCE SOUDAL (WWT). Our U23 riders found a spot in development teams such as Lotto Development Team, Lillehammer CK, Groupama-FDJ, Wanty - RE UZ Technord, ...

We also assist you in negotiations with possible sponsors, e.g. for shoes, height tents, ... (insofar as this is of course allowed by your team).

We can assist you in Dutch, English, Italian, French and German.

Advice

Due to our legal professional background, we can provide you with the necessary assistance in the field of employment and social law. For example, we thoroughly check your employment contract with the cycling team and your social security coverage (hospitalisation, pension, disability, ...). We discuss with you the need for additional social security coverage, check and compare quotes, handle all administrative formalities, and so on.

As experts in the UCI regulations and the Joint Agreement for professional cyclists, we also provide the necessary support from that angle.

All these activities fall within the scope of our agreement and we therefore carry out without any additional costs.

Of course we hope that it never happens, but as a lawyer Billy can of course also assist you in proceedings in the event of an alleged doping infringement.
